    ROLE DESCRIPTION:
    Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team primary responsibility is to achieve agency growth, retention and sales goals. You will help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. Follow-up is key. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.     Responsibilities
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships.

    Requirements
    • Property & Casualty (current license preferred but must be able to obtain upon hire)
    • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
    • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
    • Self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to multi-task and organized.
    • Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
    • Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable.
    • Provide timely and thorough activity reports to manager.
    • Candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.
    Experience:
    • Professional Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Insurance Experience: Preferred, not Required
