Your tasks:
Preparation of cost center reports including variance analysis, forecast, and key figure determination Participation in the introduction of a BI system Grant monitoring Further development of controlling and management tools as well as continuous process optimization Participation in the economic planning process Calculation of remuneration rates for our social services Participation in projects Your profile: Successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling, social or healthcare management, or comparable education Ideally, professional experience in controlling in social enterprises or in health, nursing, or social insurance High IT affinity and sound application knowledge in common MS Office applications
