Facility Cleaning Manager (Human)

Your responsibilities include:

Developing customized solutions or alternative actions together with your team to create added value for your clients and ensure the profitability of your contract
Material orders and quality controls are part of your recurring tasks
Reporting, budget monitoring, and optimization are second nature to you
At the same time, you are responsible for the development and training of your team and take care of personnel planning and administrative tasks
Throughout all of this, you always keep an eye on fulfilling our contractually agreed services

Your qualifications:

You have completed a vocational training in building cleaning, ideally with a master's degree in building cleaning
You have extensive professional experience in this or a similar position or as an operations/facility manager, ideally with experience in personnel management
You are wellversed in all aspects of building cleaning
Your customer, service, and quality orientation come naturally to you
When faced with problems, finding a solution is always your priority
