Job Description

  • Support hardware development for audio acoustic products: You will work closely with our hardware development team to create and improve innovative audio acoustic solutions.
  • Build prototypes according to customer specifications: You will be responsible for creating prototypes and samples based on our customers' requirements.
  • Assist other departments: You will support our colleagues with technical questions and issues to ensure smooth functioning of our products.

  • Analyze and handle technical customer inquiries: You will be the point of contact for technical questions related to radio communication and assist our customers in solving technical challenges.
  • Support and advise our customers: You will use your expertise to assist and advise our customers on technical questions and solutions.
  • Conduct measurements to monitor product quality: You will perform measurements and tests to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Customer visits and technical trainings: As needed, you will visit our customers and conduct technical trainings to ensure they are able to use our products to their full potential.
