About Tec Centro:
A division of WEPA, Tec Centro Lebanon provides bilingual education, workforce training, and employment services serving all residents of Lebanon County.
Position Summary:
The Workforce Program Manager provides outreach, coordination, and support of Tec Centro Lebanon Workforce Training programs.
This position supports the development of new initiatives and strengthening of existing programs with guidance and oversite from the Executive Director.
The Workforce Program Manager and assigned staff are responsible for promoting programs, enrolling students, and supporting students through program completion.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall implementation, management, and supervision of workforce training activities at WEPA/Tec Centro Lebanon.
- Work with Director to identify new opportunities, develop new programs, seek out new partnerships and maintain community relationships.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key community stakeholders, communitybased organizations, and individual referrals. Responsible for ensuring an adequate referral pipeline to meet the needs of the community.
- Responsible for conducting placement assessments, interviewing students, developing individualized career plans, and orienting students to programs.
- Assist the Executive Director to supervise, recruit and train new employees and coordinate work activities of personnel.
- Develop and implement Program specific surveys. Shares the results with Executive Director on a scheduled basis.
- Monitors and reviews programming to ensure that schedules are met, guidelines are adhered to, and performances meet/exceed Company expectations.
- Ensures that the program has the necessary tools for success by ordering needed materials, scheduling speakers, reserving space, and handling other administrative details.
- Prepares and maintains records and reports, such as client's files, program outcomes, student handbooks or training manuals.
- Assists the Executive Director to establish administrative procedures to meet program and organizational objectives.
- Provide public presentations, training, workshops as requested.
- Facilitate student workshops or teach courses on specific course content or jobreadiness skills as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in education, human services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years' professional experience in a position requiring coordinating services/programs in an educational or customerservice oriented environment.
Preferred
- Working knowledge of workforce development
- Experience working with adult learners in an educational setting.
- Supervisory experience.
- Case management experience

Pay:
$52, $57,000.00 per year
