PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with ADLs bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, hair care, etc.
• Assists with IADLs light housekeeping, laundry, changing bed linens, shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, etc.
• Reports changes in client's condition to supervisor
• Completes required Care Plan documentation, accurately and on time
• Provides exemplary client care
• Respects and maintains client confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have reliable transportation
CORI and background checks will be completed prior to employment
Medical and TB test/x-rays completed within a year

Covid-19 vaccination required per MA state mandate for health care settings

$ $22.00 per hour

Experience:

Home Health Aide: 1 year (required)


License/Certification:
