We are opening our second occupational therapy practice in Hamburg Harburg, North Lakeville, MA with a focus on "psychiatry" and "pediatrics" and are looking for a dedicated professional leader (m/f/d) for a practice with a total of two to three occupational therapists.

We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist with leadership experience to join our team as the professional head of occupational therapy on a full-time or part-time basis.


Responsibilities:

  • Occupational therapy treatments (psychiatric, neurological, and pediatric)
  • Independent work
  • Professional leadership and conceptualization
  • Flat hierarchies

Qualifications:

  • We expect you to have completed training as an occupational therapist and ideally have several years of professional experience in occupational therapy
  • You have good organizational and communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Decisiveness
  • Willingness to take responsibility
