- Preventative maintenance on Peterbilt, Mack, and International trucks including oil changes, filter services, APU services, and other preventative maintenance.
- Corrective maintenance on heavy equipment including body panel replacement, electrical failures, power steering issues, and much more
- Diagnosis of equipment issues through inspections and diagnostic software.
- How to inspect equipment to ensure a DOT-compliant fleet, ensuring safety as a number one priority.
- Professional skills such as prioritization, documentation, and communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn and grow through hands-on work.
- Excellent listening and communication skills for communication with mentors, peers, and drivers.
- The ability to work on a team in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.
- Prior experience in computer programs with the ability to learn new software.
- Valid Driver's license.
- A basic understanding of both hand and power tools.
- Prior experience with diesel, automotive, or small engines.
- Salary: $18-$20 per hour, decided based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday Friday, Weekend shift available (includes shift differential); Overtime eligible.
