    As you become proficient you will take on new tasks such as inspections, diagnosis, and electrical systems. Your days will be full of learning, the sound of wrenches turning, and the feeling of accomplishment.

    Joining a team of highly skilled, professional, and hard-working maintenance personnel excites youYOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIESPreventative maintenance on Peterbilt, Mack, and International trucks including oil changes, filter services, APU services, and other preventative maintenance.

    Corrective maintenance on heavy equipment including body panel replacement, electrical failures, power steering issues, and much moreDiagnosis of equipment issues through inspections and diagnostic software.

    How to inspect equipment to ensure a DOT-compliant fleet, ensuring safety as a number one priority. Professional skills such as prioritization, documentation, and communication skills.
    YOUR SKILLSETA strong desire to learn and grow through hands-on work. Excellent listening and communication skills for communication with mentors, peers, and drivers.
    The ability to work on a team in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines. Prior experience in computer programs with the ability to learn new software.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSValid Driver's license.
    A basic understanding of both hand and power tools.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience with diesel, automotive, or small engines.


    SALARY AND SCHEDULESalary:
    $18-$20 per hour, decided based on experience

    Schedule:
    Full-time on-site; Monday - Friday, Weekend shift available (includes shift differential); Overtime eligible
