: We are seeking a dedicated
Account Project Manager to oversee client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets both client expectations and our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Manage the endtoend project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through SOW execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline specific tasks, timelines, and resources necessary to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and withinbudget delivery of project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Analyze project outcomes and use findings for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager or account manager in a clientfacing role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in ERP and inventory management software, as well as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Mail Merge
- Ability to be physically in our King of Prussia, PA facility 35 days a week
- Monday
- Friday 8AM 5PM.
