- Achieve annual sales quota by leveraging all resources to maximize sales growth
- Coordinate all activities with Strategic Channel Business Manager
- Execute marketing and sales programs
- 10% Travel internal and customer facing
- Provide product support and product training to field reps
- Define, track, and update opportunity pipeline in SFDC
- Create new business, maintain current business, and manage growth
- Continually learn about the latest in PPE product offerings
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Experience selling PPE or other MRO/Industrial Sales
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, negotiate and close sales via telephone
- Ability to become proficient in Salesforce and use daily
- Experience selling through the channel (resellers)
- Experience growing an existing book of customers
- Excellent cold calling skills and the ability to identify and seek out new business
- Ability to excel in a team environment
- Effective prioritization, time management and organizational skills

Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
within our PPE Division. The Inside Sales Representative will
manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell
PPE organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business
to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth
strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business
objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with
customers and utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition
to the customers.
