Key Responsibilities:
Personal Support:
- Provide comprehensive assistance to the Founder & CEO in managing household affairs, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, coordinating home maintenance services, and overseeing household budgets.
- Act as a point of contact for all personal matters, including correspondence, inquiries, and scheduling commitments.
- Assist with childcare responsibilities, such as coordinating schedules, arranging transportation, and overseeing extracurricular activities.
- Manage travel arrangements for the Founder & CEO and their family, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring all preferences and requirements are met.
Executive Assistance:
- Support the Founder & CEO in scheduling and coordinating meetings, both internally and externally, while optimizing time management and prioritizing commitments.
- Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and readily available.
- Serve as a liaison between the Founder & CEO and various stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and representing the executive's interests with discretion and confidentiality.
- Handle administrative tasks related to office management, such as organizing files, managing inventory, and coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate special events, functions, and gatherings on behalf of the Founder & CEO, including family celebrations, corporate events, and social engagements.
- Provide onsite support during events, overseeing setup, managing vendors, and addressing any unforeseen issues or concerns that may arise.
Miscellaneous Duties:
- Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested by the Founder & CEO.
- Handle personal errands and adhoc tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in managing shifting priorities and timesensitive requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, both within the household and the company, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering highquality results in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, coupled with a proactive and solutionoriented approach to problemsolving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities, with a willingness to work extended hours and travel as required.
Pay:
$70, $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Personal assistant: 5 years (required)
- Executive administrative support: 5 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)

- New York, NY 10014: Relocate before starting work (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
