    Description

    Full Time Midnight Shift Position at Farmington Hills Campus and Livonia

    Join a renowned healthcare system in Michigan with numerous top-ranked hospitals, offering a wide range of opportunities across various practice settings.

    General Summary:

    • Perform a variety of tests and procedures in areas like Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and other specialty departments.
    • Independently conduct routine/complex procedures, ensure quality control, troubleshoot equipment, and assist in developing new methodologies.
    • Participate in education, quality assurance activities, and provide guidance to other laboratory personnel.
    • Assume leadership responsibilities in absence of supervisor as per regulatory requirements.

    Standard Qualifications:

    Educational background in biology and chemistry with specialized laboratory training and certification.

    Working Conditions:

    • Involves walking, standing, and working with hazardous materials in a clinical laboratory setting.
    • Potential exposure to hazardous substances.
