- Independently conduct routine/complex tests and procedures in various areas like Chemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology
- Utilize advanced knowledge and clinical judgment to ensure accurate test results
- Standardize, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Assist in developing new test procedures and methodologies
- Participate in educating students and new employees on clinical laboratory science
- Engage in quality assurance activities and regulatory compliance
- Provide guidance on specimen acceptability and communicate effectively with healthcare personnel
