We can offer you the following tasks:

  • Area of responsibility in document control: managing communication of project documents between suppliers, MAN, and customers
  • You will gain insights into the interrelationships of operational processes in handling customer orders
  • Creation of process documentation, user manuals, and training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, elearnings, user portals, FAQs, etc.
  • Participation in the evaluation and optimization of processes
  • Collaboration in the optimization and further development of the IT tools used
  • Participation in daytoday operations in managing projectrelated documents
