Description

This full-time position includes meeting new home buyers, conducting new home orientation, creating punch lists and documenting any potential construction issues.

This role requires travel withing an 80 mile radius of Kyle, TX and the surrounding areas throughout the daily workweek, Mon.

Fri. between the hours of 9am-5pm. No weekends and no sales.

We are looking for positive, energetic, enthusiastic team members.

Exceptional Customer Service skills and excellent organizational skills are a must as well as the ability to speak with new home buyers.

Knowledge and experience in the Construction of New Homes is preferred.

Qualifications:

Exceptional Customer Service skills; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highlevel efficiency with iPad, Microsoft Office, PDF Expert & Adobe PDF required.
Deadline and detailoriented.
Strong residential construction walkthrough skills.
A residential construction background is very helpful.

Compensation:
$45, 000 annual salary
