The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including Information Technology project delivery, maintenance, and support.
This position is with Agency Services for MDOC and Assists in the design, development, delivery, and support of Information Technology (IT) solutions to the Client Agency.
We are searching for a skilled Business Analyst that is proficient in all IT procedures and has excellent communication skills.
Working closely with developers and being able to assist them in their job should not present any difficulties for you.
It's not necessary for you to be a developer; nonetheless, you should be able to convey the technical aspects of what developers are looking at to the client.
Additionally, you should be able to compile business needs and clearly deconstruct them for developers.Above all else we are looking for these skills in a Business Analyst.
To be successful in this position, the individual will need to demonstrate a good work ethic, integrity, a positive attitude, and the ability to embrace new challenges.
So, if you are a self-motivated person with a proven track record who wants a challenge and to work in a high paced and team-oriented environment, we are really interested in hearing from you.
