Your main tasks:

  • You will work on and plan new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects within the framework of HOAI.
  • You will coordinate project participants in planning and execution, as well as monitor and control construction site results.
  • As part of the project management according to HOAI, you will be jointly responsible for cost, quality, and timely project implementation.
  • You will be available to our clients at all times as a competent contact person.
  • The creation of drawings may also be part of your tasks.
  • You will create approval documents for our engineering structures and oversee the further process.
  • You will create performance specifications for all relevant trades and independently award the contract.

If you...

  • have completed a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a further education as a state-certified construction technician,
  • have successfully carried out an execution planning from start to finish,
  • are familiar with the basics of procurement law and HOAI,
  • have first professional experience in construction management and object supervision in the field of building construction,
  • have had initial experience with AVA software (California, etc.),
