Our customers are located in Germany and Europe. In addition, we develop print-on-demand shops for various target groups.

Job Description:

Manage and monitor workflows in the print finishing department
Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards
Conduct safety training and maintain a safe work environment
Serve as a liaison between upstream and downstream departments
Required qualifications: apprenticeship as a bookbinder/media technologist in print finishing or equivalent training in the manufacturing industry; further training as an industrial master in digital and print media or equivalent qualification or experience in a leadership position (e.g. representing a master) or equivalent qualification in the manufacturing industry
Strong focus on quality and ability to think and act in a process and costoptimized manner
Willingness to work in a 3shift schedule with rotating weekend availability
Flexibility and team spirit
Strong communication skills.
