Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for the outpatient clinic of the gynecology department

at Hegau-Bodensee Clinic Singen

full-time or part-time

starting at the earliest possible date.

What to expect:

Admission of patients for outpatient consultations via SAP
Coordination of different consultations and outpatient surgeries
Assistance to doctors during consultations (assisting and documenting examinations, sonographies and minor outpatient procedures)
Writing of surgery reports, doctor's letters, processing of MDK and insurance inquiries, and other administrative tasks
Billing for the emergency outpatient clinic
Acting as a link between patients, doctors, the gynecology department and the delivery room
