Description

On behalf of our client, a renowned company in the packaging machinery industry, we are looking for a technician for domestic customer service.

Your responsibilities

Commissioning, repair and maintenance services
Conducting tests and diagnosing errors
Eliminating causes of malfunctions
Training customers and operating personnel
Preparation and follow-up of service assignments
Customer support and consultation

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, electrician or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks
Knowledge in the areas of mechanics, electricity and pneumatics is desirable
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Teamwork and a customer-oriented approach to work
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for national commissioning
