What Impact You Can Make
The Hybrid Therapies Clinical Specialist focus is to support the account development process by supporting and training surgeons and their staff, aiding in the strategic planning and program development of the Hybrid Therapies procedures and products, and support field sales for growth and marketing development in the Electrophysiology and cardiac surgery departments and labs.
- Market development and awareness as it relates to hybrid therapies procedures and left atrial appendage management and ablation.
- Guidance and support for physicians and medical staff during live procedures, and utilization and/or operation of company technology.
- Patient support and followup where requested by physician or medical staff
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with multiple departments in and out of the field
- Conduct training for the physician and medical staff with modalities such as didactic and handson laboratory approaches
- Provide technical and clinical support during surgical procedures: all stages of the procedures
- Make calls on physicians and support staff as necessary to discuss AtriCure technology, training programs, and clinical programs and trials
- Develop, create, and organize hcp education opportunities and functions to drive awareness and knowledge of AtriCure therapies and technologies.
- Engage and build Hybrid EP customer base within existing accounts and adoption of new accounts
- Communication on frequent basis, reporting on case notes and product and clinical feedback
- Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or experience equivalence
- Experience working in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab or Catheterization lab or cardiac surgery either through industry or clinical setting preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting with Mapping systems for cardiac ablation highly preferred
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to travel 5060%
- Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes

- Pay for this position is expected to be between $96,000 and $140,000 (highly experienced), not including bonus. Actual compensation for each employee will be determined based on experience, education and other factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible for full benefits, car allowance, PTO, 401k, etc
