- Planning, organizing and coordinating the daily business of the Brand Manager (member of the management board)
- Processing and maintaining the Outlook mailbox
- Receiving and forwarding calls
- Schedule and travel planning
- Preparation and followup of meetings
- Independent creation of protocols and PowerPoint presentations
