Your training content
  • You will get to know our entire development department as well as our renowned software partners
  • You will gain insights into the world of app development, programming of server applications, and interface programming
  • You will acquire a broad range of skills in software development in different programming languages and application areas
  • You will continue to develop our own solutions according to our customers' wishes and adapt them
  • You will accompany your team colleagues in customer projects and gain experience in project management
  • You will also be responsible for future-oriented topics such as Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence
Your profile
  • Good secondary school leaving certificate, (technical) high school diploma or equivalent
  • You have a great interest in computer science, programming, and technical connections
  • Ideally, you have some knowledge of common programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, and/or SQL
  • You are motivated to solve challenging problems and have a logical way of thinking
  • You are organized, a team player, and have good communication skills
  • You enjoy working independently and are reliable
  • You have good German language skills and written expression. Solid English skills are always beneficial in IT
  • You have a class B driver's license or will receive one in the first months of your training
