  • Offshore Wind NEPA Specialist/Project Manager Location: Nationwide Remote Ready to make a difference?
  • ICF is seeking a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Specialist/Project Manager to support our growing offshore wind portfolio.
  • The NEPA Specialist will have the opportunity to provide direct support as a liaison to the lead Federal agency, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), as well as opportunities to work across ICF's renewable energy portfolio.
  • ICF has supported the offshore wind industry for over a decade and continues to serve a vital role supporting BOEM to complete environmental reviews.
  • The NEPA Specialist will work side by side with BOEM to complete the NEPA EIS and associated consultations for offshore wind projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, urban planning, cultural resources or related discipline
  • Master's degree or higher in environmental studies, urban planning, cultural resources or related field
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of NEPA and related special purpose laws such as the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and Endangered Species Act (ESA).
