    JOIN OUR TEAM
    As a Business Planning Manager at the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you'll be involved in supporting the operational and financial planning needs of the organization.

    You will play a crucial part in fostering collaboration within the organization to comprehend current operational processes, anticipate the impact of new initiatives, and strategize a perceptive and predictive forecast.

    • Coaching, counseling, and overseeing the performance of a team of Business Planning Analysts
    • Managing budget and forecast activities, creating models, generating reports, and conducting analyses
    • Supervising monthly processes for calculating operational expenses and reporting actual performance to operational teams
    • Acting as a link between the Business Planning team and departmental budgeting
    • Providing oversight on intricate data management, including review, analysis, and presenting solutions and data visibility to departmental leadership
    • Analyzing interdependencies, business risks, risk mitigations affecting or affected by the delivery of new products, services, processes, and support technologies

    On a regular day, you'll be in charge of developing and implementing data-driven financial reporting and analysis in a dynamic office setting. Success in this role requires excellent organizational, communication, management, and influencing skills.

    WHAT'S NEEDED TO JOIN SPECTRUM
    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
    Experience: 5+ years in Accounting, business planning, finance
    Skills: Proficient in software applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
    Abilities: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identify business issues and opportunities quickly, analyze and interpret data effectively, make decisions under pressure, work both independently and collaboratively
    Preferred Qualifications:
    2+ years of experience in Management or leadership; familiarity with the telecommunications industry
