Your tasks:

  • Detailed scheduling of demanding construction projects in the bidding and execution phase
  • Planning of deadlines and work processes as well as planning of construction site facilities
  • Creation of construction time schedules, construction phase plans and construction process plans
  • Comparison of planned and actual progress during the execution phase
  • Development of customized offers for customers

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical field or several years of experience as a construction manager, preferably in industrial and/or plant construction
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of scheduling/work preparation in the construction industry or technical internal service
  • Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills, as well as communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to project sites for one day
