Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and minimum 2 years experience Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate coffee brewing equipment and other related equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Ensure quality control by following established recipes and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Process customer payments using cash handling procedures
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Square and/or Clover or similar pointofsale systems is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices
• Strong sales skills to promote products and upsell to customers
• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment with a sense of urgency
• Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
