Job description

Operates Hospital switchboard console, providing routine information, and directing calls to appropriate areas and individuals. Greets, assists, and directs visitors, patients and other hospital callers and guests. Monitors hospital emergency radio system and fire alarm panel and announces emergency situations as necessary. Relays information to hospital departments in accordance with established policies.
