- Lead the accounting team in all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP standards, implementing internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to streamline accounting processes and enhance productivity.
- CPA (Inactive/Active) certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance, with a strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management or Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Proven track record of success in 5 years public accounting, with experience in auditing manufacturing clients preferred.
- Strong technical accounting skills, with a thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
