Responsibilities


After intensive training and familiarization, we are looking for additional employees (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Oakton, VA.


Your role with us:


  • Answering calls and monitoring disruptions in factory and building operations
  • Controlling building automation systems
  • Recording all processes in an order system
  • Creating and assigning fault reports to the appropriate team
  • Processing feedback from the teams in the ticket system
Qualifications

  • Friendliness and politeness
  • High resilience and ability to grasp concepts, as well as independent action
  • Teamwork and customer orientation
  • Reliability in implementing given processes
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Willingness to further educate yourself
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are necessary
