- 3 years management experience in the real estate, banking, or vendor management industry
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of real estate title searching
- Must possess good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical reports, and documentation
- Present information to executive and senior management teams, sales department, internal groups and/or clients

Overview:
Position Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining optimal levels of Order Placement, Follow Up and continual monitoring of open pools to meet the daily operational goals. The Procurement Team Lead must ensure high output quality by constant overseeing of open orders and working with Vendors to ensure they are meeting their required deadlines and have consistent quality. Accountable for managing workload issues across the team and must maintain good client/vendor relations by taking direct action on requests and issues. In addition, they are responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the System module.
