    Location:
    Sewickley, PA % Onsite)
    Duration: 6 months, potential for contract extension

    Shift:
    Weekdays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

    Pay Rate:
    $20.18 per hour


    Overview:
    Join a dedicated team at a premier financial advisory office, providing comprehensive administrative support.

    This role is crucial for managing office operations, ensuring seamless client interactions, and supporting a team of financial professionals with white glove service.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the team.

    Deliver exceptional client care with a focus on white glove service, ensuring all client interactions are handled with the highest standard of professionalism.

    Uphold meticulous attention to detail in all administrative duties.
    Support team members with various administrative tasks, enhancing the overall efficiency and quality of service.


    Required Qualifications:
    Previous administrative experience in a bank, trust company, insurance agency, mortgage/title office, or investment services.
    Proficiency in using computer and office technology.
    Demonstrated ability to be dependable and manage tasks efficiently.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to make a positive first impression with a commitment to excellence.
