For one of our clients - a well-known business bank located in the city center of Düsseldorf - we are currently looking for a
Data Maintenance Clerk (m/f/d) to join their team on a temporary basis with the option for permanent employment.


Your responsibilities:

  • Data maintenance in payment transactions
  • Support with other data maintenance topics in business partner management
  • Communication with customers regarding payment or file rejections
  • Participation in incident management

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a bank clerk
  • Technical affinity with solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with a resultsoriented approach
  • Customer orientation, resilience, reliability
