About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to join our team.

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and implement onpage and offpage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive lead generation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience needs.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, performance metrics, and campaign results to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, and SEO to continuously enhance our strategies and tactics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience in managing Google Ads search and remarketing campaigns, as well as FB/Instagram Ad campaigns with an understanding of how to track conversions.
• A/B Testing Experience through for Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
• Indepth knowledge of google analytics, google tag manager, semrush/spyfu
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, and SEO optimization, preferably in the real estate or technology industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content for various digital platforms.
• Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, onpage optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a crossfunctional team environment.
• Real Estate industry experience is a plus
