The position of
Principal (m/f/d) at the respective elementary school is to be filled permanently in the area of the State Office for School and Education within the Saxon State Ministry of Culture.

Requirements for the position are:

Teaching qualification acquired through first and second state examination or a Master of Education degree and state examination, or an unlimited teaching permit for teaching at elementary schools, or a vocational school degree as a teacher for lower grades with corresponding teaching qualification in German, Mathematics, and one elective subject,
Several years of teaching experience,
Several years of experience as a class teacher,

- and verifiable teaching experience in the subjects of German or Mathematics at an elementary school with a teaching qualification for a different subject than elementary schools.

Advantageous qualifications are:

Aboveaverage ability for conceptual work, as well as organizational, pedagogical, and budgetary leadership of a school,
