    StaffBuffalo is excited to partner with a global technology company that is transforming the Governance, Risk, and Compliance space. We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive business development and account growth across the U.S. market. This is a remote position offering a competitive base salary of $110,000-$125,000, plus commission, excellent benefits, and the chance to join a rapidly expanding team with significant growth opportunities.
    As a Senior Account Executive, you'll manage strategic accounts while developing new client relationships. You'll leverage your SaaS sales experience and consultative approach to deliver technology solutions that improve decision-making, compliance, and efficiency for enterprise clients.
    Responsibilities:
    • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients across North America.
    • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with quarterly and annual revenue goals
    • Build trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations
    • Identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement and maximize revenue
    • Partner with technical, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver outstanding client experiences
    • Stay current on GRC industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings
    • Accurately track activities, forecasts, and results in CRM systems and communicate progress to leadership
    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience, with proven success closing complex deals
    • Experience selling to enterprise clients, ideally within GRC, audit, risk, or compliance software environments
    • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
    • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; multilingual fluency is a plus
