'HAUSTECHNICIAN (M/F/D) IN MUNICH
We are currently seeking a dedicated Haustechnician*in for our Facility Management department to work at a fixed location in Munich.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of various technical facilities and equipment.
Your responsibilities:
- Identifying damages and performing minor repairs in consultation with clients
- Monitoring waste disposal
- Supervising external companies and coordinating external service providers
- Conducting elevator emergency releases during working hours
- Maintaining sprinkler systems
- Conducting regular inspections of buildings and outdoor areas
Your profile:
- Previous experience as a caretaker/haustechnician and good manual skills
- Knowledge of the latest door models and their functions is advantageous
- Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently'
