Job Description:
This role involves designing and implementing a secure, reliable, and cost-effective enterprise system architecture, managing servers to meet organizational needs, and assisting in developing strategies for secure system delivery. The person in this position may lead a team within the System Administration group or act as a project manager. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for effectively conveying technical concepts to different audiences.
Preferred technologies for candidates include:
Education Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years' experience with major computer platforms and operating systems, an Associate's degree with at least 8 years' related experience, or 10 years' experience in a medium to large IS department with increasing responsibility involving major computer platforms and operating systems.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification or licensure required.
