    Regional Dietary Manager of Food and Nutrition Services requires Covid 19 vaccination.

    Annual Salary: 80-85K based on experience.

    We are currently recruiting for a Regional Dietary Manager of Food and Nutrition Services to oversee the Food and Nutrition program for several Skilled Long-Term Care facilities in Phillipsburg, PA area. Additional flexibility to provide support to facilities in Northern and Central New Jersey.

    The successful Regional Manager of Food and Nutrition Services candidate will have at least 2 plus years food management experience, computer literacy, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Prior food management experience in a health-care setting would be a plus in this role. Multi-site experience in the hospitality industry a plus.

    Regional Dietary Manager of Food and Nutrition Services Duties:

    • Ensures that the Food & Nutrition Department is operating within all local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Provides leadership, support, and guidance to ensure that Food & Nutrition Services quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
    • Develop and maintain positive client and customer relationships.
    • Create a positive environment and ability to manage conflict and resolution.
    • Successful fiscal management, achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

    Regional Dietary Manager of Food and Nutrition Services Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Servsafe.
    • Must have Long- Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
    • Certification by the Associated of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals
    • 2 plus years in food service management.
    • History of financial performance.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communications skills, and a passion for an elevated level of culinary and customer service.
