What You Will Do

Oversee all project phases, from initial set-up to design and construction management.
Establish and communicate clear project objectives and requirements effectively.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
Lead diverse project teams, consisting of architects, design directors, job captains, and graphic designers.
Monitor project financial performance closely.
Develop project proposals, handle contract negotiations and bidding procedures.
Ensure projects adhere to contract specifications.

Your Qualifications

Several years of relevant experience in ground-up/build-to-suit architecture projects within Office, Residential/Mixed Use, or Hospitality sectors.
Architectural degree from an accredited institution is a must.
Proficiency in managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to post-occupancy stages.
Demonstrated expertise in leading, managing, and guiding multiple project teams.
Experience in negotiating project scopes and fees.
Familiarity with building codes, standards, and structures.
Proven track record of financial accountability and project responsibility.
Strong skills in leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management.
Valued proficiency in Revit.
Ability to maintain and establish client relationships.
Preference for AIA certification.
