What You Will Do
- Oversee all project phases, from initial set-up to design and construction management.
- Establish and communicate clear project objectives and requirements effectively.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Lead diverse project teams, consisting of architects, design directors, job captains, and graphic designers.
- Monitor project financial performance closely.
- Develop project proposals, handle contract negotiations and bidding procedures.
- Ensure projects adhere to contract specifications.
Your Qualifications
- Several years of relevant experience in ground-up/build-to-suit architecture projects within Office, Residential/Mixed Use, or Hospitality sectors.
- Architectural degree from an accredited institution is a must.
- Proficiency in managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to post-occupancy stages.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading, managing, and guiding multiple project teams.
- Experience in negotiating project scopes and fees.
- Familiarity with building codes, standards, and structures.
- Proven track record of financial accountability and project responsibility.
- Strong skills in leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management.
- Valued proficiency in Revit.
- Ability to maintain and establish client relationships.
- Preference for AIA certification.
