What You Will Do

  • Oversee all project phases, from initial set-up to design and construction management.
  • Establish and communicate clear project objectives and requirements effectively.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Lead diverse project teams, consisting of architects, design directors, job captains, and graphic designers.
  • Monitor project financial performance closely.
  • Develop project proposals, handle contract negotiations and bidding procedures.
  • Ensure projects adhere to contract specifications.

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant experience in ground-up/build-to-suit architecture projects within Office, Residential/Mixed Use, or Hospitality sectors.
  • Architectural degree from an accredited institution is a must.
  • Proficiency in managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to post-occupancy stages.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading, managing, and guiding multiple project teams.
  • Experience in negotiating project scopes and fees.
  • Familiarity with building codes, standards, and structures.
  • Proven track record of financial accountability and project responsibility.
  • Strong skills in leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management.
  • Valued proficiency in Revit.
  • Ability to maintain and establish client relationships.
  • Preference for AIA certification.
