Your tasks with us:

  • Being the first point of contact for our guests in the lobby
  • Identifying guest requests and implementing them
  • Solving challenges that our guests may face
  • Written and telephone correspondence
  • File and profile maintenance
  • Providing information about the hotel and the region
  • Greeting and taking care of our guests
  • Responsible for fulfilling guest requests
  • Checking cleanliness in front of the hotel entrance, in the entrance area, and in the lobby
  • Assisting with the distribution of treatments or other amenities

Your profile:

  • Enjoyment in interacting with guests
  • Passionate host
  • Completed education in the hotel or tourism industry
  • Experience with property management systems such as Fidelio or Opera
  • Excellent German or English skills
