What to expect

Customer support in close cooperation with key account management and product management
Preparation of offers and customer analyses for our private label customers
Order processing and handling of complaints
Monitoring of OEM customer portals for demand notifications and customer-specific requirements
Maintenance of article and customer master data and prices as well as creation of credit and debit notes
Active participation in digitalization projects

What sets you apart

Successfully completed commercial training and experience in dealing with automotive customers (OEMs)
High understanding of commercial processes
Proficient in SAP R/3 (focus on sales) and MS Office (especially Excel)
Good knowledge of English in spoken and written form
Customer and service orientation, assertiveness, and independent work style
