    Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Partnership Support + Operations Coordinator. The Partnership Support + Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the coverage and operations activities of the company. This role would be remote unless living in the Denver/Boulder area.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Act as a first contact for potential clients and maintain high level of engagement and communication
    • Provides project management and administrative support to the Coverage team
      • Creation and delivery of proposals and supporting materials to potential clients and contract additions/changes for current clients
      • Coordinate meetings with potential and current clients
      • Progress tracking of all potential client proposals and all current clients' contract additions/changes
      • Onboarding support of new or expanding clients within the organization
      • Conduct ongoing upkeep of internal department files and systems
      • Provide regular updates within the organization regarding all contract additions/changes
      • Supports the Green Spoon team with coverage inquiries and necessary details; provide solutions when needed

    Requirements:

    • Self-motivated
    • Quick response time
    • Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills
    • Exceptionalattention to detail
    • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Teams & Zoom
    • Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment
    • Interest in organic food and products
    • Must have reliable transportation to get store to store and carry samples
    • Must have valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
    • Must own a smartphone and computer to perform duties
    • Green Spoon supplies Microsoft Office Suite
    • Natural food and grocery experience required
