The ANLEI-Service GmbH, based in Kassel, is a subsidiary of the Hessian State Welfare Association (LWV) and provides services related to the marketing of highly complex software products developed by the LWV for inter-municipal integration assistance and social welfare. This includes project planning and management for adapting IT procedures to the specific needs of software buyers, system maintenance, technical consulting, software training, and the development of complementary software products.

We are looking for an IT consultant (m/f/d) to join us in continuing our 20-year success story. Join our team now to support our two clients in Cologne and Münster.

This will be your job...

  • You will personally, by phone, in video conferences, or in writing, support and assist our two clients in using our software (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support)
  • You will identify and address technical, strategic, and operational issues for our clients and advise them on optimization measures
  • Your tasks will include directly responding to customer inquiries, as well as analyzing and processing complex requests
  • You will accompany projects at our clients related to our specialized procedures from kick-off to successful project completion
  • You will work directly with our project managers and development teams
  • You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the support process in terms of effectiveness and efficiency
