We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:


  • Welcome guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism, creating a seamless arrival experience
  • Process checkin and checkout efficiently and accurately, utilizing Choice Advantage
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Manage room assignments according to guest preferences and ensure rooms are prepared
  • Field guest inquiries and requests via phone; resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain an organized and clean front desk area and lobby
  • Stock breakfast items and condiments
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Stay informed about hotel operations, services, and local attractions.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and proactively offer assistance

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Phone etiquette and communication skills
