Your responsibilities

  • Setting up and starting production equipment
  • Monitoring and optimizing ongoing production processes
  • Quality control during production
  • Training and supervising assigned production employees
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulations, such as work instructions, operating instructions, and safety regulations
  • Supporting and participating in continuous improvements of the production process and reducing downtime and disruptions

Your qualifications

  • Completed training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) for plastic/rubber technology or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Forklift license
  • Willingness to work in shifts
