EUROPEAN SITE & INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT



At Cross Roads, our European Site & Integrated Management team is constantly developing and ensuring the competitiveness of our major European locations. We manage the perfect integration of infrastructure, operational services, personnel services, and logistics with production at our sites. This ensures the basic supply for our business areas, allowing them to successfully operate in the market. In addition, we provide advice to our operations on environmental protection, occupational and plant safety, health protection, and regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Our Fleet Management & Workshops unit keeps things moving at our site. We take care of fleet management and maintenance of our mobile assets. Starting in January 2024, during a six-month internship, you will have the opportunity to drive digital transformation at our site and get to know Cross Roads.

  • As part of our team, you will independently take on projects in the areas of web applications, data analytics & reporting, robotic process automation, and/or software implementations.
  • Your focus will be based on your interests and skills.
  • You will design, develop, and implement digital solutions for internal colleagues and customers.
  • You will independently identify further potential for digitalization within our operations and support the team in its implementation
