Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the technical building equipment (TGA) - including systems in the areas of heating, plumbing, and air conditioning
  • Regular maintenance and repairs
  • Independent troubleshooting and optimization of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems
  • Documentation of work performed using a mobile device
  • Point of contact for the client

Your Profile:

  • Training as a central heating and ventilation installer / gas and water installer / heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing technician (HKLS)
  • Professional experience in building maintenance / TGA - but also open to entry-level candidates
  • German language skills at level B2 - Class 3 driver's license
