Job summary

The CANS Assessor is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments using the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths tool to support individualized service planning for children and youth in community-based care.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules, coordinates and conducts the CANS assessment interviews in the child's home or via telehealth.
  • Document all case activity as per program requirements.
